Upscale health and social club looking for a well rounded and dynamic individual to act as Athletic Programs Director. This position requires experience with all areas of fitness; specifically court sports, personal training and group exercise, and strives to stay on the edge of all current fitness trends, equipment and programming for all ages and abilities. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, a passion for social interaction and fitness, plus a commitment to maintaining member recruitment and program promotion. Applicant must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and the overall concept of database and Point of Sale computer software. Likewise, the applicant must possess excellent managerial and leadership skills, good administrative and organizational skills, strong written and oral communication all with a proficiency for working in a team environment.
